
Peter Witte is a writer and visual artist. His work has been published in a variety of literary magazines and journals, including The Sun, The Threepenny Review, Tin House (online), Hobart (online), and The Rumpus. He is a submissions reader for the literary journal, New England Review, and teaches writing at the University of Maryland. In the past he has been a reader for PANK, an editor of web interviews for BULL, a housing policy researcher, an urban planner, and an old school basketball player.
Originally from Illinois, Peter currently lives in University Park, Maryland, with his wife, a philosopher, their two children, and Jasper, a handsome schnauzer-poodle mix and champion ball fetcher.
